The Digitalization IT and MT Administration was established in January 2020 and provides support and service to the healthcare sector in Skåne. The administration's mission is to implement a modern and cohesive digital healthcare environment alongside the operation and efficient consolidation of today's existing IT environment. This includes the management and support of existing and upcoming systems, as well as ensuring the operational reliability of Region Skåne's medical technology products (MTP) throughout the entire product lifecycle and assisting various operations and partners with technical expertise and support in medical technology-related matters.

The administration is also responsible for the fundamental healthcare information systems and drives the development of future healthcare information while enabling the work with digitalization and the introduction of new working methods in Region Skåne's operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Region Skåne is implementing a digital healthcare system with the help of Oracle Health to replace several applications that support the region's healthcare activities. This is the most extensive renewal effort in the history of Region Skåne.

The Service Delivery Manager (TLA) works in a team alongside the Service Responsible and business specialists. The TLA is responsible for and follows up on the service delivery, drives the work of requirements gathering, and participates in the design work. You are also responsible for updating training materials based on the implemented solution and performing validation of the requirements once the implementation is complete. In addition to the work with follow-up, needs, and requirements, coordination with delivery teams, impact analysis for training, cut-over activities, and transformation, as well as representing the IT/MT service in necessary forums, is included.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with at least a bachelor's degree in system or computer science (or education deemed equivalent by the employer) and work experience as a service delivery manager in a service organization. To succeed in this role, experience with regulatory compliance and the ability to engage in dialogue with suppliers at both operational and tactical levels is also required. You need to have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We prefer that you are ITIL4 certified and have good knowledge of healthcare processes. Familiarity with the MDR regulations and experience with agile development work and agile methods is a plus.

To succeed in the role of Service Delivery Manager, it is important that you are responsible, driven, structured, proactive, self-sufficient, and have a holistic perspective in your work. Your work also requires you to be analytical and able to coordinate, plan, and prioritize activities in a complex environment with many dependencies.

You enjoy working in a team, have good communication skills, find it easy to build connections, and have a good ability to create engagement in improvement work. You are motivated to develop and manage your service together with colleagues so that it can contribute to value-creating IT/MT services for healthcare.
