System Developer at Lund University

Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for a system developer for the Project & Application department at the IT Division of Lund University.

You will work in a team to maintain and develop a complex web platform in the CMS Drupal. The development team currently consists of five people who, together with the Web Department in the Communication Division, are responsible for the university's common web platform and search solution. The main focus of the position is system development in Drupal and surrounding Symfony-based systems.

Requirements

Applicants should have a university degree in IT or equivalent competence, as well as at least two years of work experience in the following areas:

• Good knowledge and experience in PHP development
• Experience with Drupal 8/9/10/11
• Experience with Symfony
• Experience working with version control, such as Git
• Experience working in agile teams/processes

Meritorious

• Experience with Ubuntu, Apache, MySQL, and MongoDB
• Experience with Webpack, Gulp, Laravel
• Experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Interest and knowledge in UI and UX
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
