Support Technician at Bredband2

As a Support Technician at Bredband2, you will work with support and installations of computers, software, printers, and mobile devices. You will actively implement and support the entire company's offerings and services to all employees, both in PC and Mac environments. The role entails significant personal responsibility, where you organize and plan your work independently according to Bredband2's routines and guidelines.
This is a direct recruitment, meaning that we at StudentConsulting are responsible for the process, but you will be employed directly by Bredband2. The position is full-time during office hours and starts with a six-month probationary period. The position will be filled when we find the right candidate.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We believe you have reached or have a few years of experience in the IT industry. To fit into the role, we see that you have previous knowledge and experience in:
- Active Directory/Azure
- MS 365
- File & Print Services
- Windows 10 & 11
- Mac OS
It is a plus if you have:
- Knowledge of Autopilot and Intune.
We are looking for someone who is:
- IT-interested and always wants to learn new things and is eager to share knowledge with colleagues.
- Analytical and has a solution-oriented approach.
- Structured, self-driven, and good at taking initiative.
- Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- A skilled problem-solver with a good ability to provide user support.
In addition to the above skills, great emphasis is placed on:
- Service-mindedness and high social competence.
- Being unpretentious.
