Furuboda Assistans is a private assistance provider in southern Sweden with roots in the non-profit Furuboda Association. The company was established in 2005 and is a growing business. About the assignment
We are now looking for personal assistants for a 30-year-old man in Hässleholm. You who apply should have experience with autism/developmental disabilities and the ability to stay one step ahead in situations that may arise. You should also be able to work in a low-arousal manner. The man does not have verbal speech, and communication occurs through pictures. Your personality should be calm, secure, and stable. He loves to swim, so you should feel comfortable swimming in pools, lakes, and the sea. Other interests include movies, music, walking, and going on weekend trips.
The shifts are scheduled for weekends according to a schedule and as needed. The position would suit you who are studying and want fixed weekends alongside your studies or alongside a part-time job. You who apply for the position should have good collaboration skills as assistance often occurs together with a colleague, meaning double assistance. As an assistant, it is appreciated if you are flexible and can step in when one of your colleagues is sick or otherwise needs to be off.

A driver's license B is an advantage as driving may occur in the job.
