The property portfolio consists of everything from well-known Stockholm buildings to public spaces for culture and sports, office buildings, fire stations, food markets, castles, farms, and cottages. We also manage nature and outdoor areas outside the city limits. Our office is located in the Technical Committee House at Fleminggatan 4, about a 5-minute walk from the Central Station.
Welcome to us
Are you a self-driven property manager with strong communication skills who is eager to work with exciting and unique properties? Many of our properties belong to the city's most famous buildings, such as the City Hall, the Culture House, Stockholm Stadium, Liljevalchs, Eriksdalsbadet, Östermalmshallen, and the Citizen House.
We are currently looking for two property managers: one to replace a retirement and one to expand our team with additional expertise. You will belong to Property Management 2, which is one of five units in the Property Department. The department has two property management units with a total of 19 property managers, two coordinators, and four administrative managers. Additionally, there are technical managers, technical specialists, and an operations unit within the department.

If you become our new colleague, we also offer you lunch benefits, wellness benefits, and the opportunity to exchange vacation day allowances for extra time off.
Your role
In the role of property manager, you will be responsible for your property portfolio with the main task of creating and maintaining good long-term relationships with your tenants in a professional manner. - involvement in planning and follow-up of space adaptations within the office's property portfolio
- involvement in investment projects.
Your skills and experience
We are looking for someone who has

- current and several years of experience working in property management in a management role
- good knowledge of property and rental law, financial analysis, and follow-up
- good administrative skills and experience working in various IT systems, e.g., property systems and financial systems
