JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work together with other staff to develop the open leisure center activities into an exciting and vibrant meeting place for young people. In this role, you will inspire and challenge our youth to realize their creative ideas and support them in creating a meaningful leisure time.

You will work at Krylbo leisure center and Villan youth club while the regular staff is on parental leave.

As a leisure leader, you will be scheduled for days, evenings, and sometimes weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Leisure leader education or other education that the employer considers to provide equivalent competence.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Experience working with youth

We prefer that you have experience working with youth as well as knowledge of democracy work and marketing through social media.
