Responsibilities

The support worker does not make their own active interventions but helps the client to manage their daily life as independently as possible, in the form of motivational and activity support.

Working as a support worker with us means, among other things, that you:

Provide support to the client so they can structure their daily life, find routines, and maintain a regular sleep schedule
Assist with cleaning, laundry, shopping, cooking, and other household chores.
Work to break social isolation by accompanying clients to activities and social contexts.
Assist with contacts with authorities, healthcare, or close relatives.

Establishing implementation plans, evaluating interventions, and documenting work in the operational system is part of your assignment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

Training as a nursing assistant, caregiver training, studied the child and leisure program, or other education that the employer deems relevant for the assignment.
Experience working with mental health issues and experience in LSS operations.
The ability to express yourself ethically and correctly in speech and writing in Swedish, as well as relevant computer skills for the assignment.

We consider it an advantage if you have knowledge or training in autism, MI motivational interviewing, and Case Management.

Other

A B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.
