We are a girl and a boy, both 5 years old, looking for assistants for our newly started team in Avesta. In our free time, we enjoy crafting, reading, or listening to a book. Our assistance needs mainly concern the physical aspects, which can sometimes be heavy, so we are looking for someone with good physical condition.

We can tell you what we want, but it is still necessary to be attentive and able to read body language. Most things we learn together, as the needs, like everyone else's, are individual. We would prefer that you have worked in a similar role, but the most important thing is, of course, the chemistry between us.

It is important for us that our assistants are cheerful, imaginative, and take their own initiatives so that we can have a fun and meaningful everyday life with people we can rely on.

During the days, we go to preschool, where our assistants can accompany us. There, we would like our assistants to encourage play with our peers while maintaining a low profile in between.

We are looking for 8 assistants who work 90%. The shifts are scheduled during the day, evening, weekend, and awake night.

Meritorious:

Experience working in a family

Experience in care and support

Requirements:

Driver's license

Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Criminal record extract to work with children under LSS
