Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan Västmanland is looking for an experienced administrator/manager support/quality controller

We are looking for an outgoing, social, and positive person with extensive experience in administration, documentation, finance, quality work, and managerial support. The role involves supporting both the department manager and the business developer in daily operations. Your tasks include administering, coordinating, and managing work with operational statistics, following up and developing quality and ethics work according to the guidelines applicable to folk education. The role also involves finance, budgeting, and invoicing.

You will also be a contact point for the groups and teams, both within and outside SV, that work with quality coordination, ethics, and follow-up. The position also includes the responsibility of applying for various forms of operational grants from both the region, municipality, and state as well as from other actors. IT systems are something you quickly and methodically familiarize yourself with, whether it is finance or statistics. You will be the department's responsible and 'goto person' for several of the IT systems, including our operational system Gustav and the financial system Rillion.

Order and structure are your signature in everything from documentation and contract preparation to handling various meeting and conference bookings with associated material preparations. We are looking for someone who is systematic, structured, and a quick learner. You see opportunities and solutions, not obstacles and limitations. You learn along the way and grow with the task.

• The position is a full-time position (100%)
• The place of work is Västerås, but you may need to travel between existing offices and equivalents
• A driver's license and access to a car are required.

We are looking for someone who:

• has good collaboration skills as well as being used to working independently
• has a good ability to prioritize and structure your tasks
• has very good skills for administrative tasks
• has a good ability to work with budgets
• expresses themselves very well in both speech and writing
• experience with Gustav is an advantage
• knowledge of associations is an advantage

We are one of Sweden's largest study associations and currently have operations in all municipalities in the country.
