About the role

As a customer communicator, you are the first point of contact for customers when they reach out to the company via phone, chat, or email. You will handle a large number of incoming cases together with your colleagues at the office.

Examples of tasks:

• Handle incoming cases
• Assist our customers with their questions directly or guide them to the right person/function in a service-oriented and efficient manner.
• Be active in the improvement work towards customers by continuously providing suggestions for improvement for our customers and our own operations.

Work location

Our office is located in central Västerås.

Working hours

Weekdays from 07:00 to 18:00
