As an HR Business Partner at Systemair, you will support our organization, our managers, and our employees in various HR issues of both operational and strategic nature.

The role is based at Systemair's facility in Skinnskatteberg, where Systemair's headquarters is also located. We are a modern and flexible employer with an activity-based office in, among other places, Västerås.

Your main responsibilities

As an HRBP, you will work both practically and strategically, supporting and guiding the business. Since Systemair in Sweden has a shared service model regarding HR delivery, you will work with different Systemair companies in Sweden. In addition to business-focused HR support, you will also take responsibility for one or more areas within HR where you are expected to actively lead development, which will give you great insight into Systemair's various operations.
