We are now looking for a meticulous and structured accounting assistant to our finance team in Köping.
About the roleIn the role of accounting assistant, you will play an important part in our finance function. You will work broadly within accounting and administration, focusing on accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
Your main tasks include:
Managing accounts payable and bank reconciliations for multiple companies. Accruals and balance reconciliations. Other administrative tasks within the finance department.

Who are you?We are looking for someone who has worked for a couple of years as an accounting or finance assistant and has experience with accounts payable and bank reconciliations. You are self-driven and structured with an eye for detail, and you have a solution-oriented attitude that allows you to see what needs to be done and take initiative.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Experience in accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and balance reconciliations. Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel. Experience with Visma Business is a plus. Good collaboration skills and a communicative working style. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work structured under time pressure.

The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Köping. Start date according to agreement.
