About the assignment We are now looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist for our client, who has several years of experience in qualified payroll work. You will be an important part of the team and work with the entire payroll process – from registration to completed payroll payment.
Responsibilities In this role, you will among other things:
- Register and process payroll data
- Perform payroll calculations and ensure that information is handled correctly
- Maintain ongoing contact with managers and employees via the case management system ServiceNow (primarily via email, but also by phone)
- Provide support and guidance regarding laws and agreements in the payroll area
We are looking for someone who
- Has several years of experience in qualified payroll work
- Is self-driven, proactive, and quick to adapt to new tasks
- Is structured, meticulous, and enjoys working towards deadlines
- Has excellent communication skills and can build trust in dialogues with internal parties
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish (mandatory)
Assignment information Start date: April 14, 2025 End date: August 31, 2025 Scope: Full-time (100%) Location: On-site in Västerås
