Are you an experienced HR specialist looking for new challenges in Mälardalen for the summer of 2025? We currently have an exciting consulting assignment with an international client based in Västerås!

In this role, you will be a key person in compensation and performance management for the Nordic cluster (Sweden, Finland, Norway & the Baltics). You will work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure that strategies and processes within Total Rewards are effective and competitive.

Implement and develop strategies within Compensation & Performance in line with global guidelines. Advise and support business leaders on compensation issues and best practices. Analyze and evaluate compensation programs to attract and retain talent. Ensure that policies and processes comply with legislation and internal guidelines. Act as a point of contact for the global Performance & Reward function and contribute to strategic development. Monitor market trends within Total Rewards to recommend competitive solutions.

•  Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, particularly in designing salary ranges, grading, and compensation strategy.

• Expertise in compensation programs and their administration, as well as an understanding of broader HR strategies.
• Previous experience in project management and the ability to drive your own initiatives.
• Experience from a global organization and the ability to work across multiple countries.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• High-level communication and collaboration skills.
• Trustworthy sounding board for managers and colleagues.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems such as SAP or Workday.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
