We are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to our client – a well-known company in Västerås where you will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating and developing environment alongside engaged colleagues.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be an important part of a team that manages the entire payroll process. You will work with everything from registering payroll data to processing payroll files – a central part of your assignment. This includes responsibility for payroll calculations and ensuring that all information is handled correctly and in accordance with applicable regulations.

You will belong to the Group Payroll department where you will have ongoing contact with managers and employees, primarily via their case management system ServiceNow – mainly through email but also by phone. The role also involves providing support and advice in interpreting laws and agreements within the payroll area.

To be successful in this role, you need to

• Several years of experience in qualified payroll work.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Meritorious: Knowledge of the case management system ServiceNow.
