As a Payroll Specialist, you will work with the entire payroll process alongside an engaged team. Your main responsibilities include:

Registering and processing payroll data Performing payroll calculations and ensuring correct handling Communicating with managers and employees via ServiceNow – primarily email, but also by phone Interpreting agreements and laws related to payroll – and providing support in these matters

You will play a vital role in delivering payroll with high quality and good service.

Has several years of experience in qualified payroll work Is self-driven, proactive, and used to quickly adapting to new tasks Thrives in a communicative role with many contact points Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

Start: April 14, 2025 End: August 31, 2025 Scope: Full-time (40 hours/week) Location: Västerås (on-site, no remote work)
