Receptionist needed at Tegnér VC for the summer of 2025.

(week 25 to week 31)

Responsibilities

As a receptionist, you will meet the patients of the healthcare center and be the first face the patient sees. You will receive calls from patients, handle payments, and manage a lot of the clinic's administration.

Examples of administrative tasks:

• Receive various patient matters, register patient visits, refer patients to the correct waiting room.
• Check incoming referrals and distribute them.
• Email, phone, invoice inquiries.
• Distribute 1177 cases to the right colleague including prescription renewals, diabetes and inko cases, journal requests.
• Input images into multimedia tools.
• Manage finances and bookings for asylum seekers.
• Retrieve receipts from the past when requested by patients.
• Order crutches.
• Administration of interpreter cases.
• Mail handling.
• Receive deliveries.
• Food orders for meetings.
• Receive assistive devices.
• Reconcile cash at the end of the day.

Qualifications

You should have experience in reception work, be service-oriented, positive, flexible, and responsible.

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good computer skills. Experience working with the Cosmic journal system. You should be able to work in a team with colleagues at the healthcare center.

Conditions

Full-time temporary position. As stated above. Exact start and end times including training can be discussed. Hourly wage.
