You will work within the framework of the service “Steps to Work,” where you will guide a group of participants through both individual conversations, lectures, and group activities. The participants in the “Steps to Work” service are a diverse group of people who all need practical guidance and labor market knowledge to strengthen their opportunities for employment. You will collaborate with colleagues such as occupational therapists, study and career counselors, and language support. • Scheduling and planning activities and interventions
• Individual-based competence mapping
• Support during activity execution and at real workplaces
• Conduct follow-ups at workplaces
• Hold lectures and conduct individual conversations
• Administration and documentation
• Collaboration and dialogue with the Employment Service

• Has at least 2 years of full-time higher education or vocational training in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine
• Has 1 year of experience at least part-time in individual or group mentoring/coaching of individuals with mental or physical health issues or disabilities in the last 3 years
• Has good communication skills in speech and writing
• Is responsible, relationship-building, and organized
• Has good labor market knowledge and local awareness
