The Labor Market Unit is organized under the area of Work and Support, which also includes the Hotel Street outpatient clinic. A total of 7 people work within the Labor Market Unit as labor market consultants, project leaders, or instructors. The team of instructors currently consists of three people who operate from our internal operations. Here, you make a difference!

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for an instructor who wants to continue developing the work that has been started. Are you the one we are looking for?

You will be an important part of the municipality's initiative for increased self-sufficiency and will meet individuals who are outside the labor market for various reasons. A common thread in your work is the meeting with the individual, meeting them where they are, and guiding them in their progression through several parallel interventions.

You, along with your closest colleagues, will be responsible primarily for the practical work training that takes place through service assignments from other units within the municipality and the stations available in the operation's premises. Therefore, it is required that you are creative and handy and not afraid to try new things.

The current position will have a special responsibility to work in a new way towards the municipality's various operations. You will have a starting point together with colleagues in our internal arena for work training but will have extensive contact with managers in the municipality and guide participants in performing tasks assigned by other municipal operations.

In this role, you will work closely with labor market consultants regarding the participant and their path to self-sufficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have knowledge and experience working with people who have mental health issues, comorbidity, and/or psychological or physical disabilities. You have a professional demeanor and always prioritize the needs of the participants.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Have completed high school education
• Have a good ability to meet people in a respectful and attentive manner
• Be practically inclined and able to quickly grasp new tasks
• Be able to guide others and clearly show how different tasks should be performed
• Hold a B driver's license for manual transmission.

It is an advantage if you have education or work experience in a practical profession that may be relevant to our participants' activities. We also prefer that you have experience leading groups as well as individuals.

We are looking for someone who:

• Works pedagogically, structured, and clearly
• Is calm, secure, and has an easy time communicating
• Has a good ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English
