About the Job

As a process operator with our client in the pharmaceutical industry, you will work with planning, preparing, and executing manufacturing according to governing and reporting documents. In this role, you ensure that raw material handling and production follow given guidelines from a safety perspective according to the working methods established by the client. You strive to create the most efficient, environmentally friendly, and sustainable production process possible. The workplace is located in Brunna, Kungsängen. Working hours are full-time and are scheduled on a 5-shift basis, but possibly also on a 2-shift basis.

The position is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Adecco but leased to the client.

Responsibilities

In your role as a process operator, your tasks will include:

  • Planning, preparing, and executing manufacturing according to governing and reporting documents.
  • Maintaining, cleaning, and handling equipment, materials, and facilities.
  • Conducting rounds and documenting them.
  • Participating in improvement work and deviation investigations.
  • Assisting in establishing and developing governing documents and instructions.
  • Monitoring processes
  • Documentation

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least a high school education
  • Previous experience in industry/production and process industry; experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of GMP (advantageous)
  • Experience working in cleanroom environments (advantageous)

About You

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, has an interest in problem-solving, can take initiative, has logical thinking, and possesses social skills. Experience with documentation, troubleshooting, and handling machinery is advantageous. Since assignments with our clients often involve reading manuals and instructions in both Swedish and English, good reading comprehension is also required. Experience in pharmaceutical production is a plus.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
