WHAT

Unilabs offers services in laboratory medicine and imaging and functional diagnostics to both outpatient and inpatient healthcare, operating from approximately 50 locations across Sweden. We are now looking for a structured and solution-oriented Facility Manager to ensure that our premises are well maintained and that our lease agreements are managed professionally.

In the role of Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our premises meet the needs and requirements of the operations. You will ensure that our lease agreements are up to date, that extensions, terminations, and other conditions are handled correctly, and that maintenance and service function as they should.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and administer lease agreements, including contract periods, notice periods, and other conditions.
• Ensure that the premises are in good condition and meet requirements for maintenance, service, and safety.
• Coordinate actions in case of operational disturbances, damages, or other property-related issues.
• Be responsible for service agreements regarding alarms, ventilation, and cleaning, for example.
• Act as a contact person between Unilabs and property owners/landlords, suppliers, and service partners.
• Contribute to cost-effective management of premises and agreements.

Travel is required for this position.

WHO

We are looking for someone with experience in property administration and a good understanding of lease agreements and property management. You thrive in a coordinating role where you can work independently and take responsibility while collaborating with various functions within the organization.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in administration and management of lease agreements.
• Good knowledge of property management and maintenance.
• Experience in handling service agreements and contact with suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured working method.
• Ability to work independently and drive issues forward.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
