Märsta BMM is located in Sigtuna municipality, which is a municipality with strong engagement and works in various ways for the 'best of all worlds'. BMM is part of a family center and part of other development areas in the municipality.

Organizationally, we belong to the Midwifery Clinics Stockholm North within SLSO, which consists of 14 midwifery clinics. We work patient-centered based on SLSO's core values of 'patient focus, equal rights for all, and joy at work'.

The goal of the work at the North Midwifery Clinic is to provide the right care with a clear focus on our mission in sexual and reproductive health, working in accordance with guidelines in our own operation BMM Stockholm North and in collaboration and interaction with other healthcare providers. Collaboration occurs not only with other operations but especially within our own organization through cooperation with our sister clinics. About the position:

At the clinic, five midwives work together with our doctors and the responsible unit manager. The assignment means that the midwife primarily cares for the woman, but in their professional practice, the child and family, youth, young adults, and older women are also included. The work at the clinic includes regular tasks such as pregnancy check-ups, parental support, cervical samples, both physical and digital visits related to sexual and reproductive health.

Requirements:

We are now looking for you who are a licensed midwife with prescription rights. Experience in maternal health care and training in supervision is an advantage. Familiarity with the journal systems Obstetrix and Take Care.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and can work independently but also easily collaborates with other partners and colleagues. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a results- and goal-oriented manner and performs tasks with quality and takes action where necessary. Within our mission, it also involves leading, developing, and evaluating different groups. You do not see this as obstacles. Employment form:

Permanent employment. Full-time 100%. Working hours Monday-Friday. A probationary period may be applied. Start date by agreement.
