About the position Zander & Ingeström is looking for a Product Manager who wants to take a comprehensive approach to the development of their electric boilers – a central part of future energy solutions. This is a strategically important role where you will have significant influence, but are also expected to take responsibility and work independently. You will be the link between technology, market, and business, playing a key role in taking the product to the next level.

You will join a close-knit team with high technical competence, where innovation and collaboration go hand in hand. Here, you have the opportunity to build structure where needed, question established working methods, and contribute with both new perspectives and long-term plans.

Your future tasks As a Product Manager, you will work both strategically and operationally to drive the product's development based on business needs and technical prerequisites.

• Develop and manage product strategies and long-term plans for electric boilers
• Monitor market needs and translate customer insights into concrete decisions
• Identify business opportunities through dialogue with customers and partners
• Lead projects in close collaboration with the technology and sales teams
• Create structure for documentation and product development
• Act as an internal knowledge bearer and contribute to the organization's technical and business development

We are looking for someone who has a technical background and a business sense – and who enjoys working independently, driving change, and contributing to the common goal. You preferably have experience from the process industry and are accustomed to handling technically complex products.

We believe you have:

• Post-secondary technical education, preferably in energy, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
• Previous experience in product management or product development
• Understanding of technical systems and industrial applications
• Experience working closely with customers and translating needs into product ideas
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational drive
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
