Anneberg School is located in the locality of Anneberg, a community with just over 800 inhabitants, with good bus connections to both Nässjö and Eksjö. The institution includes preschool class, primary school grades 1-6, and after-school care. The school has about 35 staff and 200 students from Anneberg, Solberga, Flisby, and the surrounding countryside.

The school is centrally located in Anneberg with proximity to nature. We have access to a large sports hall and assembly room, as well as a large schoolyard with forest environment, football fields, bandy rink, and obstacle course. Close to the school, there is also the Anneberg library and citizen office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher in after-school care, you are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating learning environment for our students. You will plan and implement activities that promote students' development and work practically with the school's curriculum. Your role also includes teaching sports or music in the lower and middle grades.

Your responsibilities include:

• planning and implementing educational activities and teaching in sports or music
• creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• collaborating with colleagues and guardians to support students' development.
• together with other educators, being responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up of the activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a teaching degree focused on after-school care and authorization to teach sports or music. Previous professional experience in primary school and after-school care is an advantage.

In the role of teacher in after-school care, you need to have the ability to create good relationships with both students, colleagues, and guardians. You contribute to creating safety, comfort, and a stimulating learning environment. You understand students' feelings and needs, take their circumstances into account, and help them develop. As a teacher in after-school care, you have a good ability to organize and plan your work and find solutions to emerging problems.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
