Sandsjöfors School is a F-6 school with 110 students, located in the countryside near Nässjö, Eksjö, Sävsjö, and Vetlanda. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will teach and be a class teacher for a middle-grade class. You are responsible for planning, teaching, evaluating, and assessing within your subjects. Your mission is to stimulate all students' development and learning, harness students' enthusiasm and curiosity, and work for a safe and accessible learning environment for all students. You will be part of a work team where you collaborate with colleagues and are an important part of collegial learning to create new and deepened knowledge. Together, you create the best conditions for our students.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Teaching certification with authorization to teach grades 4-6.
• Good leadership in the classroom and works with goal management, planning, and documentation.
• Good insight and knowledge of the school's governing documents and applies them practically in daily work.
• Creative and can adapt your approach and pedagogical methods and techniques based on the individual student's needs or the needs of the student group.
• Good communication skills, responsiveness, and ability to collaborate.
• Integrates digital technology into daily operations and as a tool in your own work.
• Positive, unpretentious, and solution-focused with drive in your pedagogical role.
