Your new challenge

This position is suitable for you who have an interest in technology and logistics and want to be a key person in ensuring that the right data is recorded in support systems and that processes are followed. You will work closely with technical teams and act as an administrative bridge to ensure that all logistics processes are in place, monitored, and continuously optimized. You will be an important link between internal and external stakeholders and ensure that all technical and administrative requirements are met, as well as contribute to developing long-term solutions for system maintenance and improvement.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure that logistics processes are in place, monitored, and optimized.
• Record data in our systems regarding supplies and spare parts.
• Ensure that technical and administrative requirements are met.
• Work on system maintenance and improvement.
• Perform operational safety analyses (ARMS).
• Prepare maintenance and analyze spare parts needs/optimization.
• Develop technical information and ensure that all technical documentation is updated and complies with relevant standards (e.g., ASD S1000D).
• Create and update maintenance plans and instructions.

What you contribute

• Technical understanding of logistics systems and solutions.
• Administrative skills and the ability to keep track of processes and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for long-term management issues.
• Interest in the defense industry and the willingness to work with the needs of the Armed Forces and FMV.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate, especially in project-based environments.

You must be a Swedish citizen as the position is security classified. You speak and write fluent Swedish and English and have a driver's license, as travel in the job occurs.
