The nuclear power industry is undergoing a significant transformation, where a crucial piece for the future of nuclear power is the safe management of used nuclear fuel and other waste. We are now facing the realization of one of the largest infrastructure projects in Sweden - building the first final repository for spent nuclear fuel! Uniper is looking for a Technical Asset Engineer who will play an important role in this realization. This position is for you who have previously worked operationally with these issues and now want to take the step to a holding company where you will work with board-level issues. The placement is primarily intended at our new, wonderfully beautiful office in Stockholm, but we can be open to alternative locations, e.g., Malmö.
Hello!
We are Uniper, an international energy company driving the development towards fossil-free electricity production. We are proud to have been named Sweden's most attractive employer for two consecutive years in the Key Figures Institute's survey. Our success is built on a workplace where people with different perspectives, mindsets, skills, and experiences come together. We believe in a workplace where every individual can contribute something valuable. Where everyone feels equally appreciated and respected, whether they work at our production facilities, the office, or from home. In our work for a sustainable future, a strong and integrated safety culture is fundamental, reflecting our corporate culture and commitment in everything we do. This is how we evolve as a company and create a future together. We call it the Uniper Way, our corporate culture. We believe that the path to a sustainable future goes through gradual development and change, by setting measurable goals that we achieve together. Do you also believe in a fossil-free future? Join us on our journey. The beating heart of Energy!
