Job Responsibilities

In this consulting role, you will work with one of our clients in Karlskrona, ensuring that technical documentation and user information meet high standards. Your main tasks will include:

• Conducting reliability and maintenance analyses to ensure high availability and efficient maintenance of products.
• Creating and updating technical documents and publications, both in digital and printed form.
• Working with structured information (e.g., XML) and producing interactive material.
• Collaborating with colleagues and project members to achieve set goals and deadlines.
• Having overall responsibility for ensuring that the correct information about spare parts, tools, and training materials is available to users.

You will be a key person in delivering clear, accurate, and user-friendly information.

Qualifications (Must-haves)

• Engineering degree (BSc) or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with XML, Adobe Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro
• Familiarity with Creo Illustrate
• Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (may require Swedish citizenship in some cases)

Desirable (Nice to have)

• Experience with S1000D and FrameMaker
• Experience in project management or coordination
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong collaboration skills and social competence
