Labor Market Consultant - Help People Achieve Their Goals!

About the Position

In the role of labor market consultant, you will primarily work within the Employment Agency's contracted service Steps to Employment. You will meet job seekers from various backgrounds, including those with disabilities, and help them map their job opportunities and support them in testing their skills in real work environments. You will work both individually and in groups to coach, support, and motivate participants to succeed.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual assessments and guidance.
• Holding lectures and group activities.
• Arranging trial placements in real work environments.
• Conducting motivational conversations to strengthen individuals' chances of achieving their goals.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is driven, solution-oriented, and passionate about supporting people. You are a good communicator with a coaching attitude and have a strong desire to create change, both for individuals and at the group level.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of higher education or vocational training in areas such as sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine.
• At least one year of experience in individual or group guidance for individuals with mental or physical health issues or disabilities.
• Experience working in a structured and administrative manner, as well as being comfortable using computers in your daily work.
• Good knowledge of the local labor market is an advantage.

Employment Conditions

Immediate start. Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time salary according to collective agreement, individual salary setting.
