About Us

The mission of the Medical Clinic is to provide residents with specialized care and treatment in the internal medicine field.

We are a process-oriented knowledge organization characterized by competent employees, high quality of care, a willingness to develop, engagement, responsibility, and participation.

The clinic consists of two outpatient clinics with all subspecialties in internal medicine, two dialysis units, several day care units, foot care, counseling services, and five inpatient departments. We work in teams with a patient-centered approach where the patient is at the center.

The secretarial group working at the medical clinic is located in Karlshamn and Karlskrona. We are a total of 35 secretaries. The secretaries are responsible for the administrative hub around the patient. We know that good administrative flows ensure high patient safety, and the secretaries are an obvious part of the various sections.

About the Job

We are looking for a new colleague to our secretarial group at the Medical Clinic in Karlskrona. Here you will collaborate with doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants, but of course also with your colleagues in the secretarial group.

We try to offer flexible working hours, and there is the possibility of remote work one day a week, provided it works within the service area you support.

We have free access to a gym and provide flexible working hours.

You will work in a team where good collaboration is combined with independent tasks, and within the framework of your employment, you will also have the opportunity to participate in development and change work.

The tasks involve various types of administration, documentation in the journal system NCS Cross, DRG registration. The work may also include registration in various quality registers and producing different types of statistics for the clinic. You will also provide administrative support for other professional categories. Your contribution is an important part of the care process.

About You

You are a trained medical secretary and have good knowledge of the Swedish language and medical terminology. You are meticulous, can organize and prioritize your work effectively, and are responsive to contributing to a positive atmosphere in the workgroup. We prefer that you have training in disease classification.

As a person, you enjoy varied tasks, are flexible, and open to changes and development in your work. You find it easy to collaborate and are not afraid to take your own initiative. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities. Experience is an advantage.
