AtrimusRx is growing and seeking employees for the licensing department. The position is full-time and suitable for those with previous experience in pharmacies.

About the position

The role is a purchasing and procurement position where you own the entire process from request to delivery of ordered licensed medications to pharmacies.

The role of Licensing Officer/Account Manager is responsible for importing licensed medications upon request from pharmacies and healthcare regions. You will have daily contact with pharmacists, prescribers, as well as a number of foreign suppliers and manufacturers around the world.

Responsibilities and tasks:

· Procurement and import of licensed medications

· Responding to quality inquiries and discussions regarding orders and lead times

· Maintaining good cooperation with customers and suppliers

· Purchasing of stockpiled licensed medications and contracted products

Other administrative tasks may occur.

We offer you varied tasks and constantly new challenges in a company in strong development. The position is located in Sollentuna, Stockholm.

Start date to be agreed upon.

Full-time employment. 40 hours/week.

Fixed working hours 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Remote work is not applicable.

Salary range is between 30-35 kSEK/month.

A criminal record check will be requested.

Qualifications

You have a university degree of at least 120 credits/180 ECTS with a focus on pharmacy. You have at least one year of experience in a similar position or from the pharmaceutical industry and good knowledge of GDP work. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are meticulous, independent, driven, and have the ability to see the big picture. You are solution-oriented and communicative and want to be involved in developing AtrimusRx's services and support for Swedish pharmacies and prescribers.
