We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented Microsoft Power Platform Specialist for a project within the industrial sector. In this role, you will be a key person in the development and long-term management of a new Sustainability Management System, enabling sustainability reporting according to CSRD and ESG frameworks.

About the assignment

The assignment involves configuring, developing, and further enhancing Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) and other related Power Platform solutions. The system plays a central role in the client's sustainability efforts and is used to collect, manage, and report sustainability data with high quality. You will work closely with IT, data, and sustainability teams as well as other system owners to ensure data integrity and an efficient reporting process.

After the implementation phase, you will take long-term responsibility for the solution and actively drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience in development or configuration within Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) or similar solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Power Platform, especially Power BI and Power Apps.
• Experience integrating data from multiple IT systems and managing data quality.
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Certification and experience with agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
• Experience working in agile environments, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Good understanding of CSRD, ESG, and sustainability reporting (meritorious).
