We are looking for an IT Operations Consultant to be responsible for the management and operation of a web portal within adult education, as well as handling operational disruptions and further development of the system. The assignment involves ensuring stable operation of the platform and effective handling of any disruptions. If necessary, the consultant should also contribute to the further development of the system according to the client's requirements.

The assignment includes:

• Operation and maintenance of the web portal for digital exam planning.
• Handle operational disruptions and ensure they are resolved within 8 working hours.
• If necessary, further develop the platform according to the client's wishes and needs.

Technical environment:

• Frontend: SvelteKit
• Backend: Node.js/Express with TypeScript
• Database: MySQL
• Hosting: Azure
• CMS: Statamic (PHP)

Expected outcome: The consultant is expected to ensure that the platform operates optimally and stably, quickly handle operational disruptions, and contribute to the ongoing development of the system as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in the operation and maintenance of IT platforms.
• Ability to quickly handle operational disruptions and restore the system within 8 working hours.
• Experience in modern frontend development with SvelteKit or similar JavaScript/TypeScript-based technology.
• Experience in backend development and API management with Node.js and Express.
• Experience with MySQL databases, including optimization and security configuration.
• Experience working with Azure environments and cloud-based services.
• Knowledge of Statamic or similar CMS platforms for content management.

Meritorious:

• Experience in platform development and improvement.
• Knowledge of TypeScript for backend development.
• Experience in monitoring and logging to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Knowledge of IT security and incident management in cloud environments.

Other:

• Start date: Immediate
• End date: 2026-06-01, with the possibility of extension
• Workplace: Helsingborg or offsite
• Compensation: Hourly rate (no compensation for travel or travel time)
• Notice period: 1 month mutual notice period
• Language: Swedish (fluent, both spoken and written)
