Job Description
Are you at the beginning of your career and passionate about service and IT? Do you enjoy interacting with people and solving technical problems on a daily basis?
We are looking for someone who is at the start of their career, has completed a post-secondary IT education and/or has experience in user support. You have a passionate interest in IT and service, and you find it exciting to provide world-class technical support to users!
In the role of support technician in 1st line, you will be the company's face to the outside world and have a lot of contact with the business's customers. Therefore, we are looking for individuals who can assist the customer technically, but who can also make the customer feel well received. You will work by receiving incoming calls where you solve the customer's problems through guidance or remote control.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of a large service desk team where your tasks will include:
- Resolving incoming cases via phone, guidance, or remote control.
- Being the face to the outside world with a lot of user contact.
- Escalating extensive cases to 2nd line.
- Assisting customers both technically and with good service.

Qualifications
We would like you to have:
- Knowledge of Windows, Office & computers
- General knowledge of PCs/printers/accessories
- You are fluent in Swedish & English, both spoken and written
A big plus if you have experience in the following areas:
- Experience in customer service/support
- Active Directory/Office 365/Exchange/Citrix
We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus who enjoys providing professional service tailored to customers' specific needs. You are a quick learner and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and technologies. As a person, you are calm and can work methodically in a fast-paced environment, where you can handle multiple cases and processes simultaneously. You are also a responsible team player who works towards set goals.
