Seize the opportunity to apply for a socially beneficial job and delve into cutting-edge digital services where your contribution helps develop healthcare for all residents of Skåne!
RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role, you will perform both proactive and reactive measures to maintain stable operations and management for our activities. The work requires an understanding of the logic, processes, and organization of the business, as well as a strong interest in technical solutions. You will plan and coordinate your systems according to IT Service Management and ITIL4.
Your responsibilities include:
- working with other roles to develop and implement a management plan
- coordinating and administrating ongoing activities in the management plan and initiating new ones as needed
- participating in regional working groups where system manager expertise is needed
- participating in the development/improvement of new functionality in collaboration with the business and suppliers
- ensuring lifecycle management of the technical environment and follow-up with the operations provider
- being responsible for budget, follow-up, and forecasting
- managing supplier contacts and agreements.
With us, we work with cutting-edge technology and modern processes and tools. You will be part of a knowledgeable and driven team that has a pleasant and supportive work culture with a strong focus on collaboration. We operate from our premises at Medicon Village in Lund, although some remote work has become a natural part of our everyday life. You will receive training and development opportunities within the unit and our administration.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be eligible for the position, you must have in-depth technical expertise, a strong interest in system management, and good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. You also have several years of experience in lifecycle management, security, availability, and further development of functionality for systems/applications. We prefer that you have a university or college degree in system science, but you are also eligible to apply if you have another educational background combined with relevant work experience in the field.
It is an advantage if you have previously worked with system management in a large organization with a complex system landscape and many dependencies. It is also beneficial if you have ITIL certification and/or experience in project management.
To succeed in the role, we see that you are responsible, structured, and enjoy driving your processes independently. You have good communication skills and build trusting relationships both externally, with suppliers and the business, and internally with colleagues and key persons within the administration. In your daily work, it is important that you enjoy solving problems and can adapt when needed and navigate in a changing environment. In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and experiences.
Warm welcome with your application, we look forward to getting to know you!
