SoftPro Medical Solutions was founded in 1999 and is a leading software company specializing in healthcare. The company develops and provides software solutions that simplify and streamline the management of corporate resources. Their main product, Medusa, is a business system used in the service and maintenance of medical technology and IT. With around 20 employees, SoftPro offers an inclusive and dynamic work environment where innovation and development are in focus.

About the role

As a UX/UI Developer, you will be part of the product team and play a central role in creating a world-class user experience. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions. Through customer meetings and gathering user feedback, you will help shape the development of products and ensure that corporate solutions meet real needs in healthcare.

What does the role involve?

• Develop user-friendly interfaces for SoftPro Medical Solutions products
• Analyze user behaviors and translate insights into improved design solutions
• Participate in customer meetings with the team to capture needs and wishes
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth implementation of the design
• Work with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD to create prototypes and wireframes

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of design and user experience, as well as the ability to translate customer needs into functional solutions. You are analytical, curious, and have a good understanding of how digital products are developed from idea to finished functionality.

Qualifications

• Work experience in UX/UI design
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Knowledge of frontend development with C# and .NET Blazor
• Experience in project management or software development
• Experience working with application development and product development within enterprise products
