RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of requirements analyst at Kriminalvården, you will work on conducting requirements analysis and translating the needs of different target groups into requirements for IT solutions. You will work closely with other colleagues in the development team throughout the development process to realize solutions that meet the end user's needs and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

In your role as a requirements analyst, you will among other things:

• Conduct user research and target group segmentation
• Work with a reference group consisting of end users and business experts to understand the current state of processes, work methods, needs, and experiences
• Utilize information and concept models and translate these into a data model together with the system architect and system developers in the team
• Identify, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Participate in user story mapping/creating storyboards or other methods to collaboratively create a shared understanding of the needs and requirements to be realized in some form of solution with the development team
• Participate in acceptance testing and usability testing with end users
• Ensure that requirements and solutions align with defined impact goals

For this position, we also see that you can step into the role of Scrum Master for a development team. As Scrum Master, you are responsible for ensuring that the agile working method is followed in the team and that the team can work effectively to achieve set sprint goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, cognitive science, information technology, or similar, or other education combined with relevant experience
• Several years of experience working as a requirements analyst
• Experience conducting needs analysis and target group segmentation
• Experience analyzing and identifying functional and non-functional requirements and translating these into requirements for IT solutions
• Experience conducting requirements analysis for system development in accordance with an agile working method
• Experience working agilely in or close to a development team
• Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish

It is a merit if you have:

• Certification as a Scrum Master
• Experience leading a development team as a Scrum Master
• Experience working as a UX designer
• Experience creating sketches and/or prototypes based on collected requirements
• Experience working with design tools such as XD, Figma, or similar
• Experience in developing information and concept modeling and understanding how this is then translated into a data model
• Experience participating in and/or conducting User Story Mapping or similar methods for breaking down requirements in connection with the realization of IT solutions
• Good knowledge of agile working methods according to Scrum
• Knowledge of developing and evaluating interaction design

OTHER

We have high demands on our employees' security and confidentiality awareness. To work with us, you need to undergo a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The position is classified in a security class, and a security clearance including a security interview with a background check will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. During the security clearance, you will be investigated as a person, your background, and your relationships from a security perspective.
