Do you have extensive experience in IT operations and Citrix? Do you thrive in technically advanced environments where you can work both strategically and operationally? We are currently looking for one or two experienced IT technicians in Citrix for a long-term assignment with a client in Norrköping, where you will become a key person in the work of further developing and operating one of Sweden's most extensive Citrix environments.

Responsibilities

In the role of Citrix professional, you will be part of a technical organization with senior colleagues who work deeply with operations and development. You will contribute to a stable base operation and ensure that the functionality of the Citrix environment maintains high quality, today and in the future. The work will be conducted both on-site and partially remotely.

You will among other things:

• Drive operational assignments and work with lifecycle management for hardware and software
• Document and establish operational plans
• Resolve complex operational incidents and identify root causes
• Ensure functionality when introducing new hardware/software
• Participate in development assignments and contribute to technical solutions
• Work with daily operations and improvement of Citrix services

Your Profile and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for someone with very high competence who can work independently in complex IT environments. We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 9 years of experience in IT operations
• At least 9 years of experience in infrastructure (e.g., storage, networking, servers, IT workplace, application operations)
• At least 9 years of experience in operating larger on-prem Citrix environments
• At least 2 years of experience working with Citrix at the 3rd line level
• Certification in Citrix, e.g., CCP-V or CCE-V, is a merit
• Very good ability to work independently and take responsibility
