Bitvis is an innovative and fast-growing software company that is revolutionizing the energy sector through our cloud-based SaaS service, Power Flow. We help energy companies and their customers optimize their electricity consumption and create a smarter, more sustainable energy system. We are currently in an expansion phase and are looking for a driven Junior Customer Success Manager who wants to be part of our success journey! We are based in Linköping, but we of course offer flexibility regarding where we work from.

About the Position

As a Junior Customer Success Manager with us, you will be the customer's primary contact during and after the implementation phase. You will ensure that the transition from implementation to operation goes smoothly and that customers feel secure using our systems and support channels. The role is broad and involves a balance between customer care, managing customer projects, support, and collaboration with our internal teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer management during implementation – You collaborate with product owners and development teams to ensure that customer needs are met throughout the implementation project.
  • Transition and customer care after implementation – You guide customers and ensure they smoothly transition from direct support in Slack to our support portal.
  • Proactive customer support & relationship building – You actively work to identify customer needs and ensure we meet their expectations.
  • Collaboration with internal teams – You act as a bridge between the customer and our internal teams to ensure that all requirements and adjustments are handled efficiently.
  • Support in the sales process – You participate in customer meetings, follow up on dialogues, and help create a structured and engaging sales process.
  • Document customer dialogues and work in HubSpot for follow-up and structure.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer relationships and communication. You have a structured working style and are used to managing multiple customer dialogues simultaneously. You have a proactive mindset and enjoy taking your own initiatives.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in customer contact, such as in customer support, sales, or project management.
  • A natural ability to communicate clearly and build trust with customers.
  • A structured working style – you ensure that nothing falls through the cracks!
  • Understanding of technical systems and can translate customer needs to internal teams.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot (a plus but not a requirement).
