Your Responsibilities
Väderstad is undergoing an exciting transformation focused on globalization and is therefore looking for several experienced Application Specialists who want to be part of the journey. As part of our globalization efforts, we are building a modern business platform where IFS Cloud is a central component.
You will be part of a team of application specialists and system architects where we work with system support within ERP, PLM, CAD, and BI. Your focus will be IFS, where you and your colleagues will play an important role in both the ongoing implementation project and the management and further development of our IFS Cloud solution.
Your role will be shaped based on your skills and how you want to develop moving forward. With us, you will have the opportunity to work broadly within IFS and specialize in selected areas – from technology and configuration to business processes.
Examples of tasks;
- Participate in our globalization project where IFS Cloud is implemented across the group
- Participate in or drive development projects and improvement initiatives
- Perform ongoing management work in close collaboration with the business, for example;
- Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and consulting
- Requirements analysis and solution design
- Configuration, customization, and new development
- Ensuring stable operation and availability
- Planning and executing updates and releases
- Collaborate with external suppliers
- Work proactively through, among other things, environmental monitoring
- Work on continuous improvements
The placement for the position is Väderstad or Linköping (Mjärdevi).
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has;
- At least three years of experience with the IFS business system and the business processes it supports
- Relevant IT education or equivalent work experience
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious;
- Experience with IFS from the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge and experience in technology and system development
- Experience in project management or coordination
