About the role

As a technical writer with us, you will be a key player in our team of technical writers, illustrators, and project managers. We work with exciting clients across various industries and ensure that their products receive the best technical documentation. The assignments can vary. Sometimes they are at our clients' sites or they are in-house projects.

You will:

• Create and develop technical documentation
• Work on both national and international projects
• Take responsibility for the entire process – from the initiation of projects to final delivery
• Work both independently and in teams

You will be part of our department in Östergötland with offices in both Linköping and Norrköping, but we often work across office boundaries.

You love writing, are curious about technology, and have the ability to transform complex information into clear and user-friendly content. You are social, solution-oriented, and methodical, and you thrive just as well in team collaboration as you do taking individual responsibility.

To thrive and succeed with us, we believe that you:

• Have a post-secondary education that provides a good foundation as a technical writer
• Have a sense for text, structure, and pedagogy
• Are comfortable with understanding new technology and the user's needs
• Express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English

Extra points if you have:

• Worked in an XML-based CMS
• Written topic-based content
• Used Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe FrameMaker, and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge and experience with DITA, S1000D, and STE (Simplified Technical English)
