Planning Coordinator at Saab

About the Position

As a Planning Coordinator at Saab, you will play a key role in ensuring that projects and deliveries are made according to schedule, budget, and requirements. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to create and follow up on detailed plans that support our operations at all levels.

The Planning Coordinator works in development projects to create and maintain good health in planning data for activities related to the design and industrialization of new items, tools, and materials, primarily for Gripen. The work involves a lot of contact with various technical disciplines to gather data and updates for your timelines.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Poolia, with a desired start in April 2025 and lasting until April 2026.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate and align resources between different departments and functions.
• Follow up on project progress and ensure that all deadlines and quality requirements are met.
• Identify and report potential risks and obstacles to project success.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an effective flow of information.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and workflows.

Who Are You?

We see that you have a university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. You have experience in planning, project management, or coordination, preferably within manufacturing or technical environments. You are used to working in project form and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You have good knowledge of the Office suite and preferably experience with planning tools. You are communicative, structured, and enjoy collaborating in teams. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
