Team Coach for the Armed Forces in Linköping

We are looking for a Team Coach for our client within the Armed Forces in Linköping. You will coach and support a team of about 10 technicians with mixed specialist competencies.

Responsibilities

The role is a combined role where you will act as both Queue Coordinator, distributing incoming cases, and as Team Coach, ensuring that the agreed agile working methods are followed and responsible for the ongoing development of the team.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Prioritize, initiate, and follow up within our agile working methods
• Identify and drive improvement work and assignments
• Ensure that documentation regarding the team's commitments and deliveries exists
• Lead agile ceremonies, workshops, and other meetings

Your Profile and Qualifications

To fit into the role of Team Coach, we are looking for someone who has a good ability to meet and collaborate with different types of people. You are structured and enjoy creating order and clarity. As a person, you are communicative and analytical, able to see the big picture and do not hesitate to come up with new ideas. Furthermore, you are unpretentious and have a solution-oriented approach. To quickly adapt to the role, we prefer that you have a broader technical IT knowledge and can participate in the team's work. In this position, business trips within Sweden may occur.

We would like you to have:

• Work experience in a leadership role as Team Lead or equivalent
• Good IT skills and experience of agile working methods within operations and management
• Experience with DevOps and ITIL
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English

Experience with ServiceNow and Jira is a plus.
