We are now looking for a part-time receptionist for a small company in Bromma, who can step in on short notice when needed.
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, always ready to capture that little extra.
You will be responsible for managing the reception, mail and package handling, conference preparations, etc.
You will play an important role in creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
We expect you to have:
The ability to speak fluent Swedish in meetings with customers and visitors.
Previous experience in a service role, such as a receptionist.
Confidence in English to communicate easily.
