About the position

As a special educator with us in adult education, you will play an important role in creating accessible and inclusive learning environments for adult students. You will work closely with teachers, study and career counselors, and school management, and you will work both preventively and remedially.

Your responsibilities:

Map support needs and establish pedagogical investigations

Provide guidance and advice to educators

Contribute to the development of methods that promote participation

Work with adaptations, compensatory aids, and additional adjustments

We are looking for someone who:

Has a degree in special education

Has good collaboration skills and a solution-focused approach

Has experience in adult learning, SFI, or adult education (meritorious)

Is flexible, attentive, and confident in your role

Is willing to support several of our schools in your role

We offer:

A meaningful assignment with a clear focus: to provide adults with tools for the future

Scope: Part-time, approx. 10%

Start: As early as August 1 or by agreement
