Förskolan Solen is a small family-oriented parent cooperative preschool in Fagered, just outside Ullared. We have been in these premises for 25 years. Förskolan Solen is located in the heart of nature, with the forest as our closest neighbor. It is a great resource in our education. Here, play is the foundation of children's development and learning, and the teaching should be fun, safe, and educational.

Job Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher, you will be part of a team and responsible for the pedagogical planning and implementation of teaching according to Lpfö18. You are responsible for ensuring that each child's development and learning are continuously and systematically documented, followed up, and compiled. Together with other preschool teachers and childcare workers, you will drive the education forward. Allowing children's participation to be a natural part of the teaching.

Qualifications

You have a degree in preschool education and a teaching license.

It is important:

- that you are well acquainted with the Education Act and the preschool curriculum (Lpfö18),

- that you are a confident and attentive leader, take initiative, are positive, and have trust in the various competencies of children and colleagues,

- that you have knowledge of and use digital tools,

- that you build trusting relationships with children and guardians and have good collaboration skills,

- that you develop and drive the preschool in teaching so that the goals are met.

A driver's license and access to a car are recommended as public transport is not available.
