Hagagatan opened just over 2 years ago and is located in a residential area in Flen. There are six apartments as well as a common living room and kitchen. The target group is within LSS person group 2.

The role of the housing supporter is based on the individual needs and wishes of the residents, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff members, you work towards making the day meaningful and enriching. You support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends.

You have a coordinator close to you who works part-time in the operation. This can also be a future career opportunity for you.

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in health and care or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow. A driver's license is a requirement.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our users' best interests in mind in everything you do.
