We are looking for summer substitutes for our LSS units at Fjällgatan in Gnesta.

Care Assistant for Kaprifolen focusing on autism spectrum and/or intellectual disabilities.

Care Assistant/Support for Fenix focusing on acquired brain injury.

We believe that you enjoy meeting people and are interested in understanding what lies behind different behaviors. You probably often find new ways to solve a situation. What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people with various support and care needs. It involves supporting adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on outings, exercise, converse, play cards and games, and much more based on our residents' wishes. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be a part of another person's life and work based on our vision: We make the world a little better—one person at a time!

About Fenix Here, there is a small workgroup that has worked together for many years, and the shifts vary as staff create their own schedules. We work around the clock and have on-call time at night, during which we sleep in a separate part of the residence.

About Kaprifolen

A slightly larger staff group and more staff on duty simultaneously as the care needs can be significant for several users, in some cases double staffing during transfers.

Here too, the working hours are distributed over all hours of the day and sleeping on-call.

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who apply to us:

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked for a few years in LSS. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
