Who will you be working with?

I am a 26-year-old girl who needs assistants around the clock due to a difficult-to-treat epilepsy. I have just moved into my own apartment in Katrineholm where I have several assistants working with me. I am now looking for substitutes who can step in and work during the absence of regular staff. Since I have double assistance, you will work together with another colleague during the day and during awake night shifts. The work may also be scheduled for evenings and weekends.

As a person, I am cheerful and social, but some days I am more tired than usual due to my epilepsy. Therefore, you need to be comfortable with the fact that my condition can vary greatly from day to day. This also means that you need to be flexible so that you can easily adapt to my condition and quickly make yourself available when the need for extra personnel arises. Perhaps you are combining this work with studies or another part-time job.

Who are you applying for?

You as my assistant need to be secure, patient, inventive, and attentive. I would like you to have a humble and positive outlook on life since I need support and help with almost everything in my daily life. I communicate with the help of signs/pictures and I have an intellectual disability. It is certainly a great advantage if you have experience as a personal assistant and of working awake nights, but the most important thing is that you are the right person and that we enjoy each other's company.

To become secure in your role as my assistant, you will shadow me during the day to get to know me and my routines. Scope of the position

As a substitute, you will work as needed, including during sick leave and vacations of regular staff. We also see that you may be relevant to work during the summer vacation periods!

Due to the nature of the work, I am only looking for female assistants.
