Welcome to Viljan Tallkullen – we are a residential care facility for those who need treatment, care, and support due to mental disabilities or co-occurring disorders.
We accept individuals from the age of 18 and offer accommodation in rooms or apartments – and pets are welcome here. Placement is done according to SoL. We accept individuals placed under LPT, LVU, or LRV in outpatient care.
We also accept individuals undergoing LARO treatment, where we complement with the medical part as well as conversations, motivation, and counseling.

The job involves being involved in our clients' daily lives and treatment, as well as having a good collaboration with colleagues. In this role, you will participate in the client's and the organization's activities as well as in the daily operations of the treatment home. We are looking for someone who wants to be an available resource during the absence of regular staff.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the client in daily life with e.g. hygiene, cleaning, and planning
- Create a safe and predictable environment through structure and clear routines
- Perform planned interventions based on the implementation plan
- Document
- Medication management
- Contact with networks and authorities
- Present supervision and motivational support
- Daily implementation in the organization’s planning
Qualifications:
We expect you to have a professional and empathetic approach with a good ability for clear and direct communication. You are relationship-building and have a good ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner and enjoy collaborating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about treatment work and sees the individual's opportunities and needs to change their life.
We place great importance on personal suitability.
You should be computer literate and comfortable documenting. You are at least 18 years old and have a driver's license. Good Swedish in speech and writing.
Meritorious:
- Post-secondary education of two years or longer
- Training in low-arousal approach
- Experience from work within residential care, treatment operations
- Experience in psychiatry
- MI
- CBT
- ESL
Employment conditions:
Role: Treatment assistant/Social educator/Treatment educator
Employment form: Hourly employment
Working hours: Days/evenings/weekends
Start date: By agreement
